Nityanand Gopalika headed the Enterprise Technology Solutions of Knowlarity Communication. I was responsible for the Enterprise pre-sales, post-sales, technical development, delivery, support and up-sale for the organization. My team was involved in understanding customer’s requirement, shaping their requirement in a technical solution, delivering the solution and customer engagement. The major activities involved discussing and providing customized solutions to enterprise businesses, defining customer delivery timelines and making sure the delivery activities, insuring customer engagement and resolving their ongoing issues.
